Schedule Your Drug Test…
Required under DOT regulations before a safety-sensitive employee performs any DOT-covered duties, ensuring compliance with federal drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Pre-Employment
Random Testing Program Management
Conducted on an unannounced basis throughout the year as required by DOT regulations to deter prohibited drug use among safety-sensitive employees.
Post-Accident Rapid Alcohol Test
Performed following a qualifying accident as mandated by DOT regulations to determine compliance with federal drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Reasonable Suspicion
Required when a trained supervisor has specific, contemporaneous observations concerning an employee's appearance, behavior, speech, or body odors indicating possible prohibited drug use under DOT regulations.
Return to Duty
Required after a DOT-regulated employee has violated a drug and alcohol testing regulation and completed the prescribed return-to-duty process with a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
Follow Up
Conducted as directed by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) after an employee returns to safety-sensitive duties, in accordance with a DOT-mandated follow-up testing plan.
